We want you to love your Amelie Teje pieces, which is why we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is folded neatly to avoid damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
